The objective of talents training is to build an inter-disciplinary  talent team, pioneering and innovative, united and deligent, precise and faithful, and adapting to the development requirement of modern market economy and informatization.

The company has implemented innovative talents working mechanism, and comprehensively strengthened team construction of managerial talents, technological talents and skilled talents. Anhui Provincial Academician Workstation of and Anhui Provincial Postdoctor Workstation have been set up successively, and elected as the "115" Industrial Innovation Team of Anhui Province. In our company, three members have been recognized as Strategic Emerging Industry Leading Talent of Anhui Province, one member as Innovative Talent of Anhui Provincial Special Support Plan, and two members as High Level Platform Introduction Talent of Anhui Province. Ping Lihao, the chairman of the company, has been honored as Annual Model Worker of Anhui Province in 2016.
